What Can โ€” and Can't โ€” Travel with Your Order?

International shipping comes with rules โ€” and breaking them can mean delays, confiscations, or fines. This guide covers what's restricted (allowed with conditions) and what's absolutely prohibited, so your order arrives safe, smooth, and on time.

Restricted โ€” allowed with conditions

These items can be shipped, but only when specific quantity limits, packaging requirements, or customs declarations are met. Always double-check with us before placing your order.

  • Perfume & cologneโ€” Max 100 ml per unit, declared correctly
  • Cooking oils & saucesโ€” Must be commercially sealed, no leakage risk
  • Non-alcoholic beveragesโ€” Properly sealed; alcohol is prohibited
  • Herbal liquid extractsโ€” Must comply with destination country import rules
Alcohol and beverages with alcohol content are strictly prohibited on most international routes.
  • Lithium-ion batteries (built-in devices)โ€” Only allowed inside devices, not loose
  • Power banksโ€” Under 100 Wh permitted; 100โ€“160 Wh requires airline approval
  • Laptops & smartphonesโ€” Must be declared; batteries must be charged below 30%
  • Vape / e-cigarette devices (no liquid)โ€” Device only; e-liquid is prohibited
Loose lithium batteries not installed in a device are generally prohibited by air freight.

  • Instant noodles & ready-to-eat packsโ€” Must not contain prohibited meat by-products
  • Coffee, tea, and cocoa (dry)โ€” Commercially packaged only
  • Dried fruits & nutsโ€” Must clear phytosanitary check at destination
  • Vitamins & dietary supplementsโ€” Up to 3-month personal supply; prescription items restricted
Fresh produce, meat, dairy, and live seafood are prohibited. Always check destination country food import regulations.
  • Hairspray & deodorant sprayโ€” Limited quantity; must be vented and commercially packaged
  • Sunscreen & skincare liquidsโ€” Max 100 ml per container; total under 1 litre
  • Makeup & cosmeticsโ€” Powder forms are fine; liquid/gel follows liquid rules
Flammable aerosols and high-pressure canisters are prohibited.
  • Jewelry & precious metalsโ€” Must be declared at full value; customs duties may apply
  • Watches & luxury accessoriesโ€” Insurance strongly recommended
  • Artwork & collectiblesโ€” Special documentation required for high-value pieces
