What is the difference between Automated Orders (Store Partner) and Manual Orders (Manual Link)?

Automated Orders (Store Partner) are for products from our official local partner brands listed in the catalog with pre-set stock and pricing, so the orders are instantly approved upon checkout. Manual Orders (Manual Link) are for custom orders or items you find on local Indonesian e-commerce marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee Indonesia, Lazada, etc.), where you paste the product page URL and upload a reference photo for admin manual review and pricing.

What payment methods does Favoyu support?

For retail invoices and shipping costs, transfers can be made to PT Favoyu Indonesia Bank Central Asia (BCA) account. For larger B2B transactions or international curation samples, we also support global payments through major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and the secure PayPal gateway with integrated buyer protection.

How long is the free storage period at the Favoyu warehouse?

Customers receive 15 days of free storage for each item starting from the day it passes the physical Quality Control (QC) check in our warehouse. After the 15-day free storage period expires, a warehouse overstay charge of Rp 7,500 per day per item is applied (as per active billing configuration).

How do I halt pending warehouse overstay charges?

The overstay charge calculation is automatically frozen, and the invoice amount is locked, the moment you approve the international shipping quote or upload a shipping payment receipt in your dashboard. No further overstay fees will accumulate while your package is queued for physical courier pickup.

How does Favoyu guarantee that organic bamboo crafts are not damaged or moldy during sea transit?

All bamboo products undergo anti-fungal and termite soaking treatments, followed by controlled oven drying to ensure moisture content is strictly below 12%. During export-grade packaging, units are wrapped individually in moisture-barrier paper, packed with abundant silica gel packets, wrapped in shockproofing foam, and placed inside double-wall corrugated master cartons to withstand marine shipping stresses.

Can I combine multiple separate orders into a single shipment?

Yes, this is called consolidated shipping. You can choose and check the boxes for your orders that have reached the warehouse (status Arrived/Stored) from the My Orders page, then submit a consolidation request to receive a single, combined shipping invoice that is far cheaper than shipping items individually.
